Amenities

All rooms at the Inn have been comfortably and charmingly provided with private baths, flat-screen TV with cable channels, period furniture, and crisp linens. Spacious main floor common rooms include a large entry hall, formal dining room, living room, featuring diamond-paned French doors, oak flooring, oriental carpets and plentiful, comfortable seating. On-premise a computer  is available for printing boarding passes, checking e-mail and other business or personal needs. A fax is also available  and the house has a secure wireless network.

Most rooms have DVD players and the entry way has cabinets full of movies from current releases to old favorites for your enjoyment.

Guests of the Inn enjoy a complimentary breakfast of fresh-squeezed juice, choice of beverages, fresh fruit in season, and a delectable entree which may include baked German pancakes, apricot cream cheese stuffed French toast, or various egg and cheese soufflés. A complimentary goblet of an Idaho wine, a good book or some friendly conversation is never hard to find in the evening.

Trek (Lime “Ride at your speed”) bikes are available for rent to tour the nearby Greenbelt path or historic East end neighborhood. Guests are warmly welcomed by the Inn’s resident cats, Onyx and Yoda (the future Jedi Master), if they are doing their job. They are not allowed in the rooms, although we find guests harder to train than the cats. For those with allergies, the Carriage House is the best cat-free option and the Governor’s Suite has a special air filtration system for dust and other airborne allergens.
